A Little About Us

Beaver Forest Chalet Villas and Condominium Associations were started in the late 1970's as Timeshares.  There are NO sales being conducted for Timeshare units at this time.   The resort consists of 57 individual cabins and villas and one condominium building with four units.  These buildings are distributed in clusters throughout the Coosawattee River Resort.  Many of the owners now make their units available to vacationers from just a single night to an entire week.  Families and groups can often find several units available close together at the same time so both individual privacy and group functions are possible.  Should you wish to hold a family reunion, management conference, or wedding as examples, there is also the opportunity to use the conference center as a gathering place.  Included with the rental, there are many on-site amenities.
