Here are just some of things you can do close to the resort to help make your vacation time more enjoyable.

Carters Lake is just a few minutes drive away and you take in all the features of the lake.

Apple Orchard Alley contains 11 of the county’s 19 orchards and some of the states most picturesque scenery. Ellijay, Hwy. 52 E. (635-7400)

Historic Downtown Ellijay hosts a vast array of antique and gift shops.

Gilmer Golf and Games offers challenging miniature golf for any age. It is located just off Hwy 515 in Ellijay on a hillside overlooking the serene Blue Ridge Mountains (706-698-GOLF).

Historic Downtown Blue Ridge provides a picturesque setting for a treasure trove of antique shops, the Blue Ridge Train Depot, and the downtown city park.

Mercier Orchards is one of the largest apple orchards in the Southeast. Located on Hwy.5 in Blue Ridge. Bakery and deli also on premises. (706-632-2685)

Swan Drive In is one of three remaining drive-in theatres in Georgia. The swan offers first run movies year round. Blue Ridge (706-632-5235)

Horse Back Riding  This website has all of the information needed to assist you in securing a reservation for horseback riding in the North Georgia Mountains or just finding out general information about our stable.

Fly Fishing  Prime time fishing takes place from early October through June.
Fly Fishing Instruction takes place year around -- weather permitting.

White Path Golf Course  This golf course is located in Ellijay, Georgia. Eighteen holes of golf on a beautiful, challenging, mountain golf course. The course is open to the public.  White Path Golf Course has a driving range and practice green. If you would like an adult beverage please bring your own as none are sold on the course.
